All hotel reservations are to be made by phone. Call 1-800-468-2722. Mention to the reservation representative that you are with the Naval Weather Service Association reunion scheduled for April 27, 2011 through May 1.
Price for the hotel suites are $112 plus 13% tax. Be sure to get a confirmation number when making those reservations.

Attendees arriving at the Norfolk International Airport may want to take advantage of the hotel shuttle service. The cost is $12 per person and attendees are to make reservations with the hotel for this service at the same time they make their hotel reservations. Remember to ask the registration representative for further information and be ready to give your flight dates, times and carrier.
The Hotel offers what many consider to be the best Sunday Brunch in Virginia Beach. When making your reservations with Hampton Roads Chapter, you are asked to give us an indication that you would like to enjoy this Brunch. The cost is normally about $28. The hotel has indicated if we can assure them of a set number that would attend, there could be a cost reduction.
