This picture was taken by Lewis Pittel while on a whale watch out of Anacortes on 18 May.  The occasion was the 33'd annual reunion of the Naval Weather Service.  Lynne was the bus monitor on this trip.   This picture captures the baby Orca which was some two weeks old at the time of the picture.
